This is my 1st plasma set, having bought an LCD TV in 2005. the image is exceptional for movies and games. The Intelligent sensor that modify the image levels works fine. a number of the opposite image settings, like cinema and games, are brighter than the sensor typically sets for the TV. however i do not feel a requirement to regulate the image quality. As for sound, i can not say as a result of the set is connected to a home theater. The TV has an ample variety of connections. LG Plasma will have a small lag when switching between inputs, one thing that wasn't evident in my previous TV. might it's an LG or plasma trait? perhaps. Regardless, i am glad I bought this set rather than meting out more cash.

I am thrilled with my recent purchase of the LG 42PT350. started is straightforward and even a novice will navigate through the controller. 5 stars for LG!!! CEVA, on the opposite hand is sort of disappointing! Frankly i'm shocked that a corporation like Amazon would use a average outfit like they're.
